The delivery scope on Tribit website covers US and Europe. For more details, please check “Shipping&Delivery” below. For other countries did not mentioned, we will open in the future.
- When will my order ship?
Most of the time, we will process your order in 24 hours(Sunday and holidays excepted). But for the item shipped from China, it may take 3-5 business days to ship out.
- How to track my order?
You can track your order on our website in 2-5 business days after your purchase.

*Please kindly note that if your shipping destination is located in Europe, your order will be sent from the warehouse in Germany. If your country is not a member of the European Union, customs clearance fees and import duty tax may be charged. The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs.
