How the EU Legal Guarantee Applies to TRIBIT Products

The EU legal guarantee of conformity applies to TRIBIT products sold to consumers in the European Union. It covers goods that do not conform to the contract of sale, in accordance with applicable EU and national law. The legal guarantee is separate from, and in addition to, any commercial warranty offered by TRIBIT, and it does not affect your statutory rights.

If You Believe Your Product Has a Defect

If you believe your product does not conform to the applicable requirements, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and a description of the issue. We may ask for photos or a short video to help us assess it.

We will handle your claim in accordance with applicable EU and national consumer protection laws.
