Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! Currently, our delivery scope covers the US, Europe, the UK, and Brazil. For more details, please check the "Shipping & Delivery" section below. We are continually expanding our shipping services to more countries.

When will my order ship?
Most orders dispatched from our local warehouses (including the US, EU, UK, and Brazil) are processed within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays). However, for items shipped directly from China, processing may take 3-5 business days before they ship out.

How to track my order?
You can track your order on our website 2-5 business days after your purchase.
Steps: Sign in to your account → My Orders → Click the “Track” button.

*All the weights mentioned above refer to Gross Weight.
*The actual shipping times may vary due to variable customs clearance times, inclement weather, public holidays, or other force majeure factors. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly contact the Support Center at support@tribit.com.
*Sometimes it may take 2 days for the courier to update the tracking number and shipping info on the system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again after 24 hours.
*For customers from non-European Union countries (or regions without local fulfillment), you may need to pay customs duties and taxes.
