How to charge the speaker?
Connect the speaker with the equipped power cord and plug the other end into a power outlet.
How to charge other devices through the speaker?
Connect the speaker and other devices with the USB-C charging cable.
What can I do if the speaker cannot work?
When the speaker stops working, long press the power button for 8s to force shutdown and restart it. Any further questions please contact customer service.

How does the light change during the charging process?
- Powered on state:
A. The power indicator light is solid red to indicate that it is charging
B. The battery indicator light is white to indicate that it is fully charged
- Powered off state:
A. The power indicator light is red to indicate charging
B. The power indicator is off to indicate that it is fully charged.
Can you use the speaker for cell phone calls?
The speaker does not have a built-in microphone and does not support calls.
How to select or identify current sound patterns?
Tap the sound curve on the main interface of the App and you can select and view the sound mode of your choice.
